Send official transcripts and related records to colleges, employers, scholarships, or agencies — by secure email or physical mail.

What you can do

  • Add one or more recipients (college lookup or manual entry)
  • Choose Email (secure download link) or Physical Mail
  • Select records (transcript, proof of graduation, etc.)
  • Authorize the release and submit
  • Track status, message staff, and download when ready

What you’ll need

  • Recipient email or mailing address
  • Your legal name, DOB, and last school attended
  • Payment method (only if your request type requires a fee)

Steps at a glance

  1. Place an Order → Transcript Exchange
  2. Add recipients and choose delivery
  3. Confirm student info
  4. Select records
  5. Sign and submit
  6. Use Track Your Order for status & downloads

Tip: For email delivery, use official addresses (e.g., admissions@university.edu). For mail, make sure each address is Validated before submitting.
