What you can do
- Add one or more recipients (college lookup or manual entry)
- Choose Email (secure download link) or Physical Mail
- Select records (transcript, proof of graduation, etc.)
- Authorize the release and submit
- Track status, message staff, and download when ready
What you’ll need
- Recipient email or mailing address
- Your legal name, DOB, and last school attended
- Payment method (only if your request type requires a fee)
Steps at a glance

- Add recipients and choose delivery
- Confirm student info
- Select records
- Sign and submit
- Use Track Your Order for status & downloads
Tip: For email delivery, use official addresses (e.g.,
admissions@university.edu). For mail, make sure each address is Validated before submitting.
