Can I get multiple copies?
Yes. Choose Mail and set Number of Copies for each address.

Do I need the exact last school name?
Use the Last School Attended in LAUSD search; partial names are fine.

Why can’t I pick a future birth date?
To prevent typos, only past dates are allowed.

My address says “Not validated.”
Use the Search / Full address field to validate, or correct the manual entry until the status shows Validated.

How do I pay by money order?
Select Money Order. After submission you’ll get the amount and mailing instructions. Processing starts after payment is received.

How will I receive an electronic record?
You’ll get a secure link to download a PDF. Links may expire—save promptly.

Can I change my request later?
Contact support with your tracking number; some changes may require resubmission.

I’m an agency/employer—what do I upload?
A signed authorization/release (PNG/JPG/PDF, ≤10MB).
