Division of Special Education (SPED)

Use this portal to request Special Education records. Requests may include IEP, Psychological Report, and Assessments. All SPED requests are free of charge.

How it works

  1. Fill out the request form — requester + student info, record types.
  2. Choose recipients — add one or more validated mailing addresses and/or provide a response email.
  3. Attach documentation — upload any relevant files (PNG, JPG, PDF, DOCX up to 10MB).
  4. Authorize — you must check the authorization box to submit.
  5. Track updates — keep your tracking number; you’ll get status updates.
