Are SPED records really free?
Yes. All SPED requests are free of charge.

What records can I request?
You can request IEP, Psychological Report, and Assessments (select one or more).

Do I need to add an address if I provide an email?
Yes. The form requires at least one mailing address, and it must be validated. You may also enter a response email.

Why does my address show “Not validated”?
Use Search / Full address to populate fields and mark the address Validated, or correct the manual entry until it validates.

Can I request multiple copies?
Yes—set Number of Copies per address (minimum 1).

What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, or DOCX (up to 10MB). You’ll see previews for images.

Why can’t I pick a future birth date?
The calendar only allows past dates, with an earliest of 1900-01-01, to prevent typos.

What happens after I submit?
You’ll receive a tracking number and be redirected to the tracking page; status updates are provided.
